Stone Christmas lights switch-on looking for acts

Local bands and performers have the opportunity to perform at Stone's Christmas lights switch-on on Thursday 14 November.

Organisers Stone Town Council are on the lookout for local musicians who want to perform at the festive event which will also feature a funfair in the town centre.

Last year's acts included Phoenix, Stone singer-songwriter Ben Owen, the Stone Combined Schools Choir and Beggaz Belief.

Any charities and businesses that would like to get involved are encouraged to get in touch.
